Lots of Cookers Signing Up

Organizer Bryan Vaughan says novice to professional chili cookers have signed up to participate in the event. Some are local. Others come from other states. Some own their own restaurants. Some are husband and wife teams. Some are moms who make a really good chili for their family.

Some use meat. Some use veggies. Some make hot chili. Some make mild.
