Chili is a Healthy Dish


Research indicates that chili tends to be low in carbs, high in fiber and low in fat, provided you trim the meat. It's not necessarily a dish that requires a lot of salt, as the flavors of the meat, sauce and veggies are pretty good! You can reduce the salt and fat content by limiting the number of chips and amount of sour cream you use to top off your creation.
